It is typical for children to be curious. It indicates that the child is thinking, processing the information he is receiving and trying to make sense of what he is learning. When something is interesting to a child it can be a great “teachable moment”, and although it can be a bit time consuming when a child asks question after question, it is important not to crush their sense of curiosity. Having a curious nature is important to developing problem solving skills, creative thinking, and an innovative spirit.
