I really enjoyed seeing all the materials. I also am slowly working on getting away from the center look and the excess batteries in our playroom. I may never go completely plastic-free but I would love to have less. So much more creativity is done when the children have to image what items are and what they are used for. I love seeing them use old telephones, clothes, dishes, boxes, and etc for creative play.

I am also intrigued by the Nature Explorer program. I would not have been in the past but the recent year or two I have really wanted to make our yard a better fit for our program. I am still a little overwhelmed at where to begin but this webinar gave some great ideas and suggestions. I would love to spend even more of our time outside. I just needed some inspiration on how to get and use material outside.
