I was very inspired by the outdoor classroom presented by one of the speakers. I have gone to the outdoor classroom website and will look up what is involved in becoming certified. This is actually something I have wanted to do for a while now because I too love to be outside.
I was also inspired and validated by the fact that I love to share my love for cooking with the kids. It made me feel good to know that I was sharing something beneficial to the kids.
