Some of the qualities that I would look for in apps and E-Books include monitoring the advertising that may come along with their use, appropriate language and developmentally appropriate language and skills focused on the age group I am focusing on.
A few strategies that I would use include co-reading and not allowing the kids to be alone in “cyber space”, setting time limits, and co-reading.
