The business aspect of day care is just as important as the child part. I try to make sure I keep that part organized as well. I have a designated area for files and other information. I try to take classes and read articles about my field to stay up to date. I make sure to have holidays and vacation days so I don’t burn out. I also take these days with pay. I may sure to do my taxes every year and provide tax info for parents as well. The Business Administration Scale seems like a very useful tool and i look forward to going through it in detail to see what I have in place and what i need to add.
