I am finding that this career path of Family Child Care Professional / Early Childhood Educator is a lifetime journey. These training modules encourage me to keep investing in my business and to continue to grow and change with the children in my care. Things are very different than they were 30 years ago. It is important to stay informed and connected to provide the families in my care the best support for a brighter future for us all. I find myself arranging and rearranging my playroom as well as the additional storage space for my child care materials. This module is very helpful to me, at this time in particular, since I am working on organizing my storage room and rearranging my playroom once again. I really appreciate the organizational chart. I am printing it to help me stay focused as I undertake this project. Having a plan written down really helps me stay on track.
