ParticipantHi, I don’t know if anybody will read this, but would like to at least try to create a conversation among Indiana child care providers. This is a new forum for providers in our state which has the potential to become a valuable resource. I hope you and your families are doing well at this time. What has the process been for you during this crisis? Have you found a workable schedule or routine that has been positive for you?

ParticipantHello Martha!
Hope all is well for you! I have currently decided to close at this time due to low attendance. I have not set a date to reopen as I am basing that on the needs of my parents.

ParticipantHi, Mary. I am also temporarily closed due to low attendance. I can’t wait to get back to my program! Fortunately, I live near the families I support and have been able to keep connecting to them, especially the kids. Are you in Indiana, if so what part? I am in NWI, Valparaiso to be specific. Are you requesting the Temporary Assistance Grants available through FSSA? I am and they are truly a lifeline to assist my re-opening. Let’s stay in touch, and share info and encouragement as we navigate this process. I would love to know how you found out about Town Square. I found out through Spark Learning Lab facebook page and the Regional Advisory Council meetings.
